Free Shipping
The Rope Light Store is currently offering complimentary shipping on
orders totaling $50
or more. Although the majority of orders to Hawaii and Alaska are included in this
policy, The Rope Light Store may, on occasion, need to assess additional shipping charges
to these locations. If special shipping arrangements are required for an order to one
of these states the customer will be contacted first for approval.
If we are unable to contact the customer within five business days regarding additional shipping
charges the order may be cancelled by The Rope Light Store.
Delivery times
90% of The Rope Light Store orders are delivered in 6 or fewer business days via UPS ground or FedEx super saver.
Occasionally, longer order assembly lead times or shipping delays will lead to slightly longer delivery
times.
If you have not received an order placed more than 10 business days ago, please
email customer care or call us so that we may review the status of your order.
Expedited Shipping
The Rope Light Store offers express shipping options for situations requiring rapid delivery.
Both FedEx and UPS Express services are available for an additional charge.
Many of the products we offer require odd sized packaging. These odd sizes preclude us from automatically
offering express shipping rates at checkout time.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact The Rope Light Store customer care to discuss availability and cost before completing your order.
